Sign Up process
...how can I Sign Up for Canary Property 24?
- Please click in the link Advertise Properties
- Chose the offer that fits you most - you can chose your deal type (sale, rental or holiday rental) after Sign Up process.
- Fill in our Sign Up form or SignIn if you lready have an account with Canary Property 24 and add your Property Account in your Profile.
- After Sign Up you will receive an activation mail sent to your email account.
- Activate your account by clicking in the activation link.
Upload
properties
...how do I upload properties in Canary Property 24?
- Please click the link "Upload properties" or "Upload property".
- Now you can select your deal "Type".
- Please click in the button "Next".
- Please fill in the "Details" of your property.
- Please click in the button "Next".
- Now you come to "Photo upload" In order to display your property correctly you must upload at least 1 photo of the property.
- Take photos of your property in the following sizes: 1024 Pixel x 768 Pixel with a resolution of 72 pixel/inch for best results. Make sure the picture's size does not exceed 500 Kb to ensure a quick upload.
- Now please browse and select your photos. Also make a short description to each of them in the future this will help the search engines to find your property more easily.
- Please click the button "Upload photos"
- Please check the boxes in "Additional Information" that most fit your property.
- Please click in the button "Next".
- Make a short description of your property - the most important data of your property was already made previously and will be displayed as pictograms.
- Please click the button "Translate". The translations are not always 100 % correct but we are improving those continuously.
- Click in the button "Next".
- Please check the boxes in "Infrastructure" that most fit your property.
- Click in the button "Finish".
- You are done! Congratulations - your property is now being displayed on Canary Property 24.
- If you want to deactivate your property or make any changes you can do so in "My Account" under "My property".
